Everything starts with a measurement. We write the questions your customers ask an AI engine for a recommendation, in their words, and our software asks them several times across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google's AI or any other AI engine. It records who is named, how often, which sources the answers came from, and what the engines get wrong about you. That list of sources is the work plan. The same questions are asked every month from then on, so every change is measured against the same stick.
